Shipping & Delivery

All items in our store include FREE shipping and delivery to the USA (50 States & Washington, DC) as well as standard international shipping. Shipping times vary based on items shipping location. International orders will be verified for approval before the order is processed. 


Shipping Times

US orders are shipped by e-packet, sent by USPS. USA orders usually take between 7 and 24 days to arrive to their destination. This can vary from time to time due events such as holidays or unforeseen weather occurrences.  We highly expect that you will receive your item(s) in the given time frame, but please email us at contact@montrecollection.com if your package has not been received within the proper allotment of time. We greatly appreciate your patience.

We now offer international shipping. International orders to approved locations usually take 10-40 days. As with USA shipping, international shipments can be effected by events such as holidays or unforeseen weather occurrences. We also do not ship items to a PO Box (use a proper address or your order will be cancelled). All customs fees, taxes, and additional charges that may be incurred from the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer to pay.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided with all orders. Allow 2 - 4 days for orders to be process and a tracking number to be generated. We will provide you with a tracking number for your item(s) once it becomes available. Please note that even though a tracking number is provided it may take some time for the tracking number to activate online when you look it up. For international orders, please contact us first at contact@montrecollection.com  to confirm if tracking is available for your order's destination country before making a purchase.

Customs

The buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees associated with their purchase. While it is rare for customs to temporarily hold items that are sold here it is a possibility. Please be familiar with your countries customs policy and whatever possible fees may arise. 

Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped with tracking we cannot cancel the order unless a fraudulent purchase has been made. Please always review you order before confirming a purchase. Refunds can be made if an item has not been delivered or if the shipping time greatly exceeds the estimated shipping time.
